How to Obtain Tickets to see Real Madrid

Tickets for Real Madrid games are notoriously hard to obtain if it is an important match (for example, against F.C. Barcelona or Atlético de Madrid).

This is because they are sold with strict priority - first the season ticket holders occupy their place, then club members get a chance to buy a ticket, and lastly holders of the "Carnet Madridista", a special fan's card, get their chance. Any remaining tickets generally go on sale to the general public at the stadium itself several days before each game, but for important games are often snapped up within hours.
If you want to try your luck, call (+34) 902-324-324 and specify that you need an English-speaking operator. If you're lucky and there are tickets left, you can pay over the phone with a credit card and later collect them at Taquilla 14 (Gate 14) at the stadium on the day of the game.
If you really want to be sure of getting tickets, however, especially for the most important games, you will have to purchase them online.
Online tickets are of course more expensive, but this way you can be 100% guaranteed of obtaining your entrance to the game. The prices reflect the cost of obtaining preferred seating, and are based on supply, demand and seat location (in other words, the more important matches will be more expensive). Furthermore, it is not just a ticket your are buying, but a complete package, including a small gift/souvenir, the courier charge (in Spain) to send your tickets to your place of stay, and the tickets themselves. For some games, it is also possible to reserve a VIP package that includes hospitality facilities, special seats and a guided tour of the Bernabeu's sports facilities. Tickets are available on an individual basis and will be delivered to your hotel.

HOW TO PURCHASE MADRID TICKETS ONLINE:

1. Choose which game you would like to attend from the list of upcoming Real Madrid games. Please note that in Spain, the day and time of kick-off is only confirmed the week before the match, with most games being played either on Saturday or Sunday. Every Monday the dates and times of the following weekend matches are updated. In European competitions match details are mostly known in advance.
2. Decide which category of seat you prefer - you may see where the seat categories are located in a new window here. We also provide an idea of the view from each category in a new window:- Category 1, Category 2, Category 3.
3. Click the Reserve button, after which you may pay online by credit card using the secure server. (Please note that a green Reserve button indicates your ticket is available and 100% guaranteed, orange means the ticket is on request - normally within 48 hours you will receive an email with details of available tickets and you may then confirm or decline the offer. If you decline, any credit card charges will be fully reimbursed)
4. Within minutes you will receive an e-mail confirming your order details, including the number of tickets and category.
5. You have 3 options for ticket delivery:

- delivery in your home or office (if the tickets are available at least 10 days before event)
- delivery at your hotel or place of stay.

6. Your tickets will be delivered one or two days before the event. If you don't yet know where you will be staying, there is an option you can select when placing your order to indicate this.
